在臺灣，看新聞不如讀詩。然則有些人對時事、政治天生冷感，似乎覺得政治詩不屑一顧，這種偏執口味當然很滑稽。詩人可以對政治人物冷感，卻不能不關心政治，不關心政治的詩人是墮落的詩人。

　　臺灣在一九八○年代曾經大量生產過政治詩，這些詩大部分刊登在黨外政論雜誌，帶著反制當權的叛逆色彩，表現反體制、抗議體制的特性。那是特定時空下的特定詩風潮，激情高於藝術，表現的手法帶著政論性格，也產生一定的影響。然則缺乏詩藝畢竟難以持久；隨著叛逆對象的改變，政治詩迅速式微。

　　去年又大量出現的政治詩相對成熟沈穩，詩質飽滿、含蓄，值得誦讀再三，我覺得這才是優質的政治詩，樂於和大家分享。
